Position Title: Program Manager
Location: Quantico, VA
Security Clearance Needed: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Position Summary
Cybervance is a rapidly growing information security and information technology company in Washington, D.C. We are looking to hire a Program Manager for information security /cybersecurity training development and delivery long-term contract in Washington, D.C. This position is a full-time/permanent position supporting a U.S. Government civilian agency. This is a contingent hire based on Cybervance receiving a contract award.
Experience Required
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, cyber investigations, or digital forensics.
• Prior FBI, DOJ, DHS and/or federal law enforcement employment or contract work.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering cybersecurity training.
• 5+ years in federal law enforcement training, cyber training, or instructional program development.
• 5+ years of experience managing federal contracts or government-funded training programs
• Demonstrated experience working with federal agencies (e.g., FBI, DHS, DOJ, DOD).
• Experience training law enforcement officers, federal agents, or task force officers.
• Familiarity with law enforcement-specific cybersecurity challenges.
• Knowledge of federal law enforcement training protocols and clearance requirements.
• Program & Contract Management.
Education and Certifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (highly preferred).
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent.
• GIAC, OSCP, CEH, or other technical cyber certifications.
• ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications (optional, but a plus).
Key Responsibilities and Skills
• Strong knowledge of cyber threat analysis, intrusion investigations, digital forensics, network security, and incident response.
• Experience delivering hands-on cyber training (offensive & defensive tactics).
• Understanding of federal law enforcement cyber investigation methodologies.
• Ability to oversee multiple training courses, schedules, and instructor teams.
• Experience managing budgets, reporting, and compliance with federal contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
• Understanding of federal law enforcement training security protocols and classified environments.
• Ability to interface with Cyber Division leadership, training units, and external vendors.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to manage teams of technical instructors, SMEs, and admin staff.
